The Scene Located on 11th Street, Room 11 is just a few blocks from the heart of Columbia Heights. It is a small restaurant on a busy street with a welcoming atmosphere perfect for grabbing a homemade pastry. Seating is available inside and out. The Food A large variety of gourmet pastries made in-house are not to miss. A large selection of other food is available ranging from eggs, breakfast burritos, and oatmeal for breakfast, roasted tomato sandwiches, salads, and carrot soup for lunch, and cheese boards, roasted pork, and short ribs for dinner. They also serve Sunday brunch. A large selection of cocktails, wine, and beer is available for the grown-ups. The Kid Appeal Although Room 11 was not designed for kids, its location on the same block as BloomBar and down the street from a popular neighborhood playground, mean that children are often spotted there.
