Join for a variety of fun activities, such as arts and crafts and STEM projects. Ages 5-12.

Children 5 and under and their caregivers are invited to unleash their imaginations and create their own “cardboard kingdoms” using a wide variety of simple supplies.   

We’ll discuss the book, have a snack and do a craft related to the book. Ages 7+.

Explore our unique collection of materials in our studio space and create your own thing.

Join us for arts & crafts in the children’s room. We will provide supplies. Ages 5-10.

We supply the Legos, you bring your imagination. Ages 4-12.

A safe and supportive meeting place where young writers can improve their skills under the guidance of writing mentors, get inspired by meeting guest authors, and make new friends with fellow young writers.

Build drama and music skills at the library! We will rehearse short skits weekly in preparation for a performance in May. The group will also create music and a set for the performance. Ages 6-12.

Bring your own supplies and be ready for a fun night of scrapbooking!

Knitting Club for kids! Learn to knit under the guidance of experienced knitters. All supplies will be provided. Ages 8-18.

You are welcome to choose from 18 arduino projects to do at the makerspace or come to discuss your ideas with others for short or long-term projects.

Led by museum educators, each program includes reading a children’s book, exploring one work of art in the galleries, and completing a simple, hands-on art activity. Ages 4-7.

All ages welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult.

Learn about the tools and trucks needed to build a structure. Practice stacking and sorting, then build something strong. Ages 5 and under.
